Day hike to Blue Lake

We had a wonderful day driving up to Blue Lake and hiking the last mile to the lake. The views are awesome and the lake water is cystal clear. We all got in the water.......even Christiane the dog!

A dry, hot summer

Just wanted to share with you some pictures of our summer so far. We are having a wonderful time here at the ranch. Josh is amazing with the puppies ( 5 weeks old). He does such a great job caring for and playing with them. Josh and Luke also LOVE the pool!

My days are long with chores here, and we are having an exceptionaly dry, hot summer. Fire danger is at it's peak and I am trying to keep lawn and trees watered.
